prices expected to cool in 2005
According to an LATimes
article, the California Association of Realtors is
predicting that home prices in the state will cool in 2005.Still, for the fourth consecutive year,
single-family homes are expected to appreciate more than 10
percent, although the number of homes sold will decline
about 2.5 percent. (more).

Like many in Southern California, my mother-in-law refinanced a few years ago. Thinking she would soon sell her house, she opted for an ARM, but recently that ARM moved from fixed to adjustable, and every month her monthly bill has increased.

has created Southern California's iconic smog. And while
that smog might create beautiful sunshines it is also

On Tuesday, the Anaheim City Council approved the framework for talks with the NFL regarding a new Stadium in the city. A seemingly last minute entrant into the race for a future NFL team, Anaheim, might just be pulling ahead in the race.

California’s voter approved Economic Recovery Bond Referendum helps state’s economy
Standard and Poor’s Ratings Services boosted California’s bond rating recently because the state was able to avoid short-term borrowing for deficit funding. Additionally, a rival of Standard and Poor’s, Moody’s Investor Service also raised California’s score and gave the state a positive outlook.
