Do you love smog? In not, buy a hybrid!
Sure you don't.
Did you know that if you buy a hybrid car in California, that you qualify for an extra warranty on hybrid vehicle batteries? All California hybrids have a state-backed warranty covering 150,000 miles or 10 years.
Hybrid cars, such as the Toyota Prius, utilize a very sophisticated and expensive battery in their powertrains.
Some have worried that this might be an expensive repair, but it won't be a worry in California!
Now do the right thing and help clean our dirty air, buy a hybrid vehicle, you have plenty of choices, it's not just about the Prius. If you like the Honda Civic already, why not get the Civic hybrid. Or, if you need an SUV, go for the Ford Escape hybrid.
